For almost 3 years now I have been going to the gym consistently, and I typically pushed myself for strength especially in the lower body. I recently endured a back injury during a deadlift, so with some time off my lifts have gone down, but at my peak I had some results I was proud of. Right now my summer work schedule only gets me in the gym 3 days a week, where as during the school year I try and go 5 times per week. I am currently focusing on consistency and getting my self back into the groove so I can return to more intense strength training this upcoming school year.
