Team Fortress 2

TF2 is without a doubt my all time favorite game. I have the most playtime on it by far, and have even played the game competitively for multiple seasons. I used to be a spy player on an RGL Advanced Highlander team. After my team split up and life got busier, I slowly phased out of the competitive scene, but still enjoy the game casually to this day and don’t think I will ever stop playing it.

Cyberpunk

I am proud to say that I have been playing Cyberpunk since launch. I am very happy to see the love that this game has gotten over the years, and I finally feel that people are recognizing it as the masterpiece that it is. I have done many builds since this games creation, although many of those builds have broken through various balance changes. On my current playthrough, I went all in on the Body and Technical Ability paths to make a devastating shotgun build. My secondary path is Cool which I use to have a powerful revolver side arm. Top all of that off with a Sandevistan and my build can tear through Max Tac with ease.

Doom Eternal

As a huge fan of movement shooters like TF2, I love Doom Eternal. The fact that you can never stop moving in this game is a huge plus to me, and while the combat is difficult, it is so rewarding to beat levels. I beat the base game on Nightmare and found every secret as well. I tried to get into the master levels, but at my current skill level I need to be so completely focused to play them that it is exhausting. One day I do want to return to the game and try to finish all master levels.

More Games I Love

  • Fallout 4
    • I love fallout 4, my first and longest playthrough was a charisma & luck build and I sided with the Minutemen. I did three other runs where I used commands to modify my builds, each playthrough I sided with the remaining three factions. This game is high on my replay list.
  • Minecraft
    • One of the first games that really got me into PC gaming. I don’t have a whole lot to say here, its a cultural phenomenon and was a huge part of my childhood, so I have to mention it here.
  • The DOOM Series
    • In addition to DOOM Eternal. I love some of the other titles DOOM series. I have only played, DOOM (1993) and DOOM (2016) but both were very fun to experience. I beat DOOM (2016) on Nightmare and absolutely loved the challenge. I have no doubt I will replay it at some point.
  • Bloons Tower Defense 6
    • I love BTD6, it was a close contender for being featured in the three games above. I’m not competitive enough to do boss rushes or races, but I do slowly chip away at my CHIMPS medals, which I am up to 16 currently. I also occasionally go for high rounds on easy mode, to which I have a save file at round 322 that has not yet ended.
  • Risk of Rain 2
    • Amazing game, not much to add here. Some have told me I play with silly artifacts but I play the game how I enjoy it most which is with the artifacts: command, sacrifice, and swarms. I also love playing engineer the most which if you are familiar with the game might tell you all you need to know about my playstyle.
  • CS2
    • I only play this game every once in a while but there was a time when I was playing it almost every night. My friends were much better than I was and carried me though many matches but I still apricate what the game does from a FPS standpoint. I was a pretty big trash talker for being really bad at the game but that all but added to the fun.
  • Age of Empires II
    • I originally played AoE2 on my dads PC when I was very very young. I loved the game back then and I still do now. I am quite bad at it, so I mostly play against the easier AI settings and build massive armies to watch them go to battle.
  • The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword
    • Some people say that your favorite Zelda game is the one you played when you were 12 years old, and I can confirm this to be true. I love Skyward Sword and while I understand some of the hate this game gets, I honestly think to a degree that it is a hidden gem. I have played this around 6ish times and that number will keep going up every other year when I go to replay it again.
